West Bend understands policyholders in affected areas may have difficulty paying insurance premiums at this time. Rest assured we will be flexible for those customers living in declared disaster areas. If you have questions about your policy premiums or need an extension, our Accounting Department can help you. State Insurance Departments in Illinois, Indiana, and Iowa have issued bulletins related to the flood disaster areas. West Bend is doing its utmost to comply with these requests and directives. If you live in one of these states and would like more information, please click on the appropriate link below.
While other states within our operating area have not issued bulletins, West Bend is aware of the disaster areas in these states. If you’re a resident of one of these states and have been affected by the disasters, rest assured you will be treated with the same respect and leniency as customers living in those states that issued bulletins.
